Surbhi Dhir leads Open Banking and Low Code No Code at Publicis Sapient North America and additionally focuses on helping Financial Services clients with redefining Customer Experience and Digitization initiatives. Surbhi has worked in 10+countries assisting clients in enhancing business value and competitive advantage through the alignment of strategy, technology, process and people initiatives. She has worked directly with C-level executives and successfully led several strategic engagements across USA, Canada UK and Asia.

Before joining Publicis Sapient as a Senior Partner, Surbhi served as Principal – Financial Services at Capco driving business growth and identifying new strategic opportunities close to $25 Million USD. Prior to joining Capco Surbhi was responsible for driving an delivering IT Strategy and Advisory initiatives for EY’s FSO Advisory practice in Chicago and Toronto. She started her Management Consulting career with Accenture, where she was part of the 350 global consultant network driving IT Strategy and Transformation initiates in EMEA region.

Surbhi is passionate about Women in FinTech initiatives and sits on the board of several Non- Profit organizations. She is also the founder of Women in Finance & Technology. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from University of Leeds – UK and a Bachelor in Engineering – Information Technology from Rajasthan University, India.

Carlos is a Microsoft Regional Director, having received numerous awards and recognition for his work, including the Microsoft Award for Customer Excellence and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional. His goal is to project and assess the impact of new technologies and provide better solutions to clients and partners.

Bhavana Prathipati, Director, Product Management – Payments | SILICON VALLEY BANK

Bhavana Prathipati is a Director, Product Management at Silicon Valley Bank where she is responsible for the delivery of core and emerging payments products. She has over 25 years of Financial Industry experience and over the past decade has led several Core Payments enhancement Initiatives and Faster and Real-Time Payments Implementations.

Bhavana is dedicated to assisting organizations with improving their knowledge of new payments schemes and working with Corporates and Financial Institutions to develop innovative digital solutions using these payment networks. Bhavana graduated from the University of Mumbai (India) with a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering and received her Master’s in Business Administration from Wright State University (OH). In addition, she holds the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certifications.

In her free time, she loves running, practicing Yoga, Traveling and Cooking - just to irritate her teenage kids, converting a perfectly fine recipe into a healthier one!

Miriam Sheril, Head of Product | FORM3

Miriam Sheril is the Head of Product in the US at Form3 with responsibility to build out and enhance Form3's product capabilities in the US, focusing real time payments and other rails such as the Federal Reserve's FedNow service and The Clearing House's RTP service. Miriam comes with more than 13 years' experience in financial services, where she focused on product and software development and management. She joins Form3 from the Federal Reserve Bank, where she was most recently the FedNow Core Product Manager Lead AVP, responsible for the design and build of the FedNow product since its inception.
