I have the most fun when I work in my zone of genius... taking on difficult transformation projects that result in a diverse group of professionals becoming a high functioning team. I am lucky enough to be leading one of the most exciting transformation programs of my career - the Agile Transformation at TIAA.

For the last several years I have been supporting agile program and portfolio management at TIAABank and honing my skills as an agile delivery and coaching resource. Prior to that, I developed ERP/SAP program and project management expertise, which is a great foundation for leading digital transformation initiatives. I have learned that projects (if done well) are incredibly powerful opportunities to develop a high performance culture. It is exciting when lean processes and mindset converge with talent... resulting in a culture shift that benefits the organization as a whole.

Madhu Bhimaraju, Head Of Development & Modernization - Consumer & Community Banking (Chase) | JPMORGAN CHASE & CO.

Madhu has 20 years of progressive experience with Infrastructure, Database and Middleware Technologies. Over the years, Madhu has lead diverse and globally spread teams in developing and deploying many mission critical applications while optimizing costs and gaining efficiency. He is responsible for designing application platforms that address agile development requirements, cloud compatible, high-volume, and scalable transactional systems.

Collaborating with Cloud industry leaders (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle JCS and IBM Softlayer), Madhu was able to develop and deploy a strategy in transforming vendor-packaged applications into cloud native infrastructure achieving cost savings of $8MM per year. He is responsible for adopting hybrid cloud platform with primary focus on continuous business delivery of IT Systems.

At Verizon Wireless, Madhu was critical in operationalizing DevOps across 60+ mission critical applications and has achieved 30% savings in operational expenses. He standardized the operational aspects of IT Systems across all lines of business by evolving his teams to support IaaS and PaaS methodologies.

Madhu constantly strives to improve existing architecture frameworks, defines, designs and implements simplified-standards-based, modular and decoupled IT architectures. He is responsible in evaluating next-gen technologies and fosters innovation to provide robust, scalable, sustainable, extendable and cost-effect infrastructure.

Madhu is also responsible to gain alignment across lines of business on architectural standards, develop and execute on strategic roadmaps, lead concepts to deployment, design end-to-end technology stack, while providing continuous deployment and delivery of IT Systems and Software.

Madhu’s contributions at Verizon Wireless have awarded him two patents in Enabling seamless access to a domain of an enterprise (Patent# US 8,677,451) and Transitive Database Replication (Patent# US 8,977,591).

Byron has been with Infor for over 15 years as a leader in the Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance space. He supports Infor's global financial services customers and ensures that Infor is meeting all their application needs. Mr. Byrd is active in the industry at a number of global events including ACT, Eurofinance, Sibos, and AFP. Prior to Infor, Byron worked for Pega and several North American banks.

Jim Perry, Senior Director, Product Management, Financials | INFOR

Jim Perry is a Senior Director in Infor’s Financials practice. Jim has over a dozen years of experience as a practitioner and lecturer on best practices in finance and accounting. He has an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School, a graduate certificate in Big Data from MIT, and he is an ASQ-registered Six-Sigma Black Belt.
