Eric Aboaf, Chief Financial Officer | STATE STREET

Eric Aboaf is State Street’s Chief Financial Officer. Eric is responsible for our global financial strategy and Finance functions including Treasury, Controllership, Tax, Enterprise Decision Support, Investor Relations, Procurement and Real Estate. Eric is also a part of the Executive Committee, the company’s most senior strategy and policy-making team.

Eric joined State Street in December of 2016 from Citizens Financial Group where he was CFO with responsibility for all finance functions and corporate development. Prior to this role, Eric was with Citigroup for 12 years where he served as the Global Treasurer following his role as the CFO of the institutional client group which included the custody business.

Eric earned his master’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in computer science and a bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania in business and engineering. Eric is the Chairman of the Board at the New York City Urban Debate League, on the Board of Trustees for the Boston Ballet and a member of the board of the New York Council for the Humanities.

John Regan, Managing Director, CFO Reinsurance Americas | SWISS RE

John Regan joined Swiss Re in September of 2014 as CFO for Finance Reinsurance Americas. John is based in Armonk and is a member of the Americas Management Team, Finance Executive Team and the Reinsurance Finance Management Team.

Prior to joining Swiss Re, John held several senior finance roles at General Reinsurance Corporation, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., where he was employed since 1998. His most recent role was CFO North America/Corporate Controller. In this role he managed several global transformational projects including SAP modernization and legal entity simplification.
Prior to Gen Re, John worked for Lehman Brothers, First City Industries and Deloitte Haskins & Sells in various Finance functions.

Domenico Quintavalle, Chief Financial Officer - Italy | ZURICH

Chief Financial Officer of Zurich Italy since July 2019 (role already held also between 2011 and 2013). He has 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. In the Allianz Italia Group from 1987 to 2008, he held different roles with increasing responsibilities: Analyst Programmer of Compagnia Europea di Assicurazioni, Head of Claims Planning of the Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà, Head of Life and Non-Life Strategic Planning of Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà, Chief Executive Officer of Darta Saving in Dublin, Director of Commercial Planning at Sales Department of Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà and Sales Area Manager in Central Italy Area of Riunione Adriatica di Sicurtà. In Zurich Italy since September 2008 he has participated in Group international projects in 2010, CFO from 2011 to 2013, Head of Distribution Agents and Brokers from 2013 to 2019, and now CFO for Italy again.

Arvind Gupta, Professor of Computer Science | UNIVERSITY OF TORONTO

Arvind Gupta is Professor of Computer Science at the University of Toronto. He has served as President and Vice-Chancellor of UBC, and as the CEO and Scientific Director of Mitacs Inc. He is a co-founder and CEO of Palette Skills Inc. He has published extensively on theoretical computer science, computational genomics and national innovation strategies.

Arvind has a record of accomplishment for initiatives that improve Canada’s productivity and competitiveness by successfully enhancing workforce skills through industry-academic partnerships. As the founder of Mitacs, he achieved success in interweaving graduate education with socio-economic needs by bringing together 60 universities and over 1,000 civil society partners. Most recently, he co-founded Palette Skills Inc, a Federal not-for-profit dedicated to creating transition pathways into the knowledge economy for Canadians whose employment is being adversely impacted by automation.

Significant service includes acting as an Innovation leader for the Federal Innovation Agenda, serving on the Federal Government’s blue-ribbon innovation panel (Jenkins panel), serving on the national Science, Technology, and Innovation Council (STIC), and serving on the BC’s Food Security Task Force.

Arvind was instrumental in creating the Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences (PIMS) and the Banff International Research Station (BIRS). He is a Senior Fellow of the Brookfield Institute and of Massey College. He serves on the Boards of the India-Canada Research Centre of Excellence (IC-IMPACTS), BIRS, and SimTrec. Past service includes serving on the Boards of the Fields Institute, the Canadian Statistical Sciences Institute, Great Northern Way Trust, Canadian Mining Innovation Council, Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute, PIMS, Mitacs, the Grand-NCE (International Scientific Advisory Council), and the campaign cabinet for United Way.

K Krithivasan, President - Banking and Financial Services & Insurance | TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES

K Krithivasan (‘Krithi’) is the Head of Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Business Group. In his role, he is fully responsible for planning and executing the growth strategy, financial performance, enhancing customer mindshare, and also associate development.

Krithi leads the Business Group’s focus in creating long-term value for its customers and TCS associates. An ace domain expert he has an extensive experience in the Banking and Financial Services industry, and has nurtured some of the key banking relationships over the last 16 years. During this period, Krithi has helped some of the TCS’ key clients in their digital transformation, change management cycle acceleration, achieving value beyond cost optimization and establishing overall IT program governance.

Krithi has over 30 years of Global experience in the IT industry. He has worked in diverse roles ranging from delivery management, relationship management, large program management, and sales – across different markets. Krithi has also led the E-Business delivery across TCS, where he was responsible for establishing consistent delivery practices and governance for all large e-business programs.

He is also a member of the board of directors of TCS Latin America.

Krithi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Management Engineering from IIT Kanpur.

During his free time, running and reading books keeps him inspired to take on new challenges.

Krithi lives in Chennai, India with his wife and two daughters.
