At Perk, Fredrik focuses on translating that investment mindset into operational finance — helping finance teams concentrate on value creation, streamline processes, and support strategic, data‑driven decisions across the business.

With nearly a decade of experience as a venture and growth investor, Fredrik spent many years at Kinnevik AB, focusing on high‑growth SaaS and e‑commerce companies and partnering with leadership teams and boards to steer business strategy. Some of the investments he participated in include TravelPerk, Omio, Pleo, and Budbee (now Instabee).

Before joining Perk, he served as a board member for several companies, including Saltside, HungryPanda and Budbee (now Instabee), applying investor‑style rigor to drive commercial impact. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford.
